Time change cycle within SQL Server

Server today, when invoking a program with a stored procedure, the time or date when the SQL was found is not synchronized with the computer's clock. For example, I change the current time 12:00 to 13:00, and if you get the getdate of SQL Server right away, the time is still 12:00. But in a very often about a minute (maybe only half a minute), SQL time goes to the normal time of the system. My system is Win2K + SQL Server7.0, I do not know whether you also have this problem, welcome to communicate with me test.
