I personally think that it is almost ineffective to force a task plan to break this kind of situation where everything is in our mood. Instead, we must first learn to manage our emotions. You must learn to adjust the State in time as the external environment changes, and quickly switch from one state to another. Take yourself for example, three years ago, there was a lot of time, every day depends on the mood to view the status, live a compulsory course to choose to escape, elective courses will escape leisurely days, every month there will always be so 20 days of low mood, it is almost impossible to do a complete task. Today, I am also dependent on my mood and still have no plans, however, the difference is that the current learning efficiency is dozens of times higher than the previous one, because with the rational management of personal emotions, the external influence will become smaller and smaller, in a bad mood, there is only one or two days, and one or two days can give yourself a small vacation, without affecting the completion of the task. Therefore, when we see that our learning progress is slower and less efficient than that of our students, we don't have to elaborate on our own plans, but our hearts are not strong enough to manage our emotions.

As for how to manage sentiment, there are related articles on the Internet that can be moved to Baidu. I usually have a small habit. For example, sometimes I am in a bad mood and don't want to communicate with others. Then I am forced to say something to someone and then say something to them, the mood will gradually improve through communication. In the long run, this bad mood cycle will become longer and longer, and eventually enter the controllable scope. However, we still need to experience some pain to truly achieve the big realm of "do not like things, do not feel sad with yourself.

I am not doing well with time management, so I don't have any special things to share with you. The following are just some experiences and I hope to provide you with some reference.

If you have just begun to develop a time management plan, you must not fully list the tasks, or even specify which tasks must be completed during which time periods. If you fail to finish the tasks, you can continue to work overtime to delay the rest time. It is best to specify one or two things that must be done every day. For example, you must watch an hour of English every day, kick an hour of attention, and then leave the remaining time blank, it is best to deal with long-term learning tasks (do not write them into the plan list), such as watching SSH videos or finishing works in the exhibition this month, then it can be completed in a month or so without having to do it every day. After such a period of time, it is found that in addition to the two hours in the plan, you can also set the learning time for an additional hour, so you can add this hour to your plan list and create a more detailed task list. After such a long history, we will iterate over and over again and believe that we will create our own time management plan sooner or later.
