Time to Rewind! Cool disk helps you find old documents easily

In document processing, do you experience the following situations:

In fact, the cool disk also allows us to retrieve the files deleted within one months, very convenient.

Enter the cool disk site and log in, right click on the files that have been modified, select the View History command in the pop-up right-click menu (Figure 1) to display all versions of the file in the page that appears, select the version that you want to keep, click Revert to selected version at the top left of the page (Figure 2), The version we need is restored.

Also, if you mistakenly delete a file in a cool disk, it's easy to get it back. Just above the file list, click the "Show Deleted Files" button, all files that have been deleted are displayed in the list (in gray font, and a horizontal line is displayed on the file name), and, in order to make it clearer when the file is deleted, the cool disk will remove you from the file. Appears in the Date column of the list. Right-click the file you want to recover, and then select the Restore command (Figure 3) in the pop-up right-click menu to restore it.

If you are sure that a deleted file is no longer needed, you can remove it completely by selecting "permanently delete" in the right-click menu shown in Figure 3, in order to not allow it to occupy the cool disk space.
