Time unit of time displayed by the SET Timing command

SET Ti[me] {on | OFF}

Controls the display of the current time. On displays the current time before each command prompt. Off suppresses the time display. SET Timi[ng] {on | Off}

Controls the display of timing statistics.

On displays timing statistics in each SQL command or Pl/sql block run. Off suppresses timing of the each command.

Example

The format of timing statistics is dependent on the operating system. In Linux and Windows, the timing statistics are in hour format displaying, hours , minutes and seconds of Seconds
