TIOBE 2017 August programming language rankings backyard "Smoke four"

The scores of several programming languages in the top of the rankings have long been declining: Java and C have been relatively low in the Tiobe list. And almost all the other top ten languages are falling every year.

So which language captures this opportunity? This happens in the leaderboard about 40 bits.

The rankings of some new languages are rising, especially crystal (32), Kotlin (41), Clojure (42), Hack (43) and Julia (46). Crystal's performance was particularly good, jumping from 60th place to 32nd place within one months. The crystal language is a static type of Ruby Variant. Because it is required to compile, so the speed of ultra-fast, occupy less memory, use is more convenient, it is worth a try.
