Copy an Excel table into a PowerPoint file

If you want to make a slide show in Excel, first open the Excel source file, select the range of data you want to copy, and copy it. Then switch to the PowerPoint window and click the Paste button, and the table in Excel is copied into PowerPoint. Click the data table in PowerPoint, adjust its size, position, and font, and add a title, as shown in the figure.

Ii. copy Excel charts to PowerPoint files

To copy a chart in Excel to PowerPoint, first select the chart you want to copy in the source file and copy it. Then switch to the PowerPoint window and click the Paste button, and the chart in Excel is pasted into PowerPoint. When you click a chart in PowerPoint to adjust its size and position, the results are as shown in the figure

As with a chart that is copied to Word, when you double-click the icon in PowerPoint, you can also switch the worksheet, modify the data, and so on.

Also, embedding Excel worksheets or charts in PowerPoint and linking Excel worksheets in PowerPoint is exactly the same as in Word.
