First the selected cell A2 (or the entire second row), and then click window → freeze pane on the menu, then a black line appears, and the row headings are fixed. It's simple!

Freeze panes

If you want to cancel a fixed row, click window → unfreeze pane on the menu.

Regardless of which cell we select, clicking Freeze Pane will fix the row above the cell and the column to the left.
