1, hide the content in Word
In order to prevent the disclosure of document information, we can hide the contents of the article, so that others can not detect the content. You can follow these steps:
Select the text you want to hide, and then click Format –> Font in the main menu bar, and on the Font tab, select hidden text.
Restore hidden Content method: Click the show/Hide edit tag button on the Standard toolbar.
2. Hide the list of recently edited or opened files
When we open word, we can see the documents we have recently used under "files," How do we hide these security risks?
Click the Tools –> option, and then click the General tab, and do not select the list recently used Files check box.
3. Hide the Shearing board
As we all know, a clipboard task pane automatically pops up on the right when you press CTRL + C to copy the shortcut key in Word two times. Sometimes we may not be able to use it at all, so it's a definite decision to hide it.
Click the Options button at the bottom of the Clipboard task pane and remove the "show Office Clipboard after CTRL + C two times", and then when you copy the content again, it won't luantan out.
If you want to recover, click task Pane in the view on the menu bar, and then tick the Office clipboard after you press CTRL + C two times in options.
