A typical user who knows the header and footer for inserting text in Word, but doesn't know that it can also set the header or footer of a picture. Imagine if in the header and footer position, insert an activity or the company's logo, this document is not more formal?
In step 1th, open the Word2010 document window and switch to the Insert Ribbon. Click the header or Footer button in the Header and footer group (in this case, click the Header button) and select the Edit Header command in the Open Header panel, as shown in Figure 1.

Step 2nd, open the headers and footers Ribbon, and click the Picture button in the Insert Group on the Design tab, as shown in Figure 2.

Step 3rd, in the Open Insert Picture dialog box, locate and select the logo that you designed in advance, and click the Insert button, as shown in Figure 3.

Step 4th, return to the Word2010 document window, and the picture you just inserted is selected. Users can format picture wrapping, picture borders, alignment, and so on in the open formatting ribbon, making it more appropriate to position in the header, as shown in Figure 4.

In general, regular documents will be in the relevant file header and footer, insert their own logo pictures, not only conspicuous, and good recognition. So the general office staff, it is best to learn this trick, in case of a rainy.
