Tips for looking at the lower port footprint of windows

It is often the case that a port number is consumed by a program, and the first idea is to see which program is occupied. There are a few dedicated gadgets to view, but you can do it with Netstat:

Netstat-ano, where the O parameter is used to view the program PID that occupies the port number, and then we can find the program through Task Manager (need to select PID in the "View"---"Select column" in Task Manager)
