First, we will show the Powerpoin presentation as usual, right-click the presentation, execute the "meeting record" command in the pop-up shortcut menu, and select the "impromptu response" tab in the dialog box, in the allocate to text box, enter the name of the speaker and the description text box.

Click the Add button. The name, content, and date of the speaker are added to the text display area below. OK. Close the "meeting record" dialog box and insert several new slides after the presentation. The content of the slides is all the meeting records.

In this way, we can see both the actual playback effect and the ability to record text. All work is done in sync. Because the recorded content and presentation are an organic whole, it is very convenient to browse and edit in the same presentation in the future.
