Sometimes we need to edit some text in Word and show it to others as slides, so it would be too much trouble if we copied the text 1.1 points to each slide. Is there a simple way to do it quickly? Well, let's take a look at my skills.
1, open Word software, in the "file" path, find the document you need, or directly on the disk to find your document, and then double-click it to open it. When you open, copy all the text you want.
2, then open your PowerPoint software, double-click the desktop icon directly, start the software, and then follow the prompts to select a blank presentation.
3. In the top toolbar of a blank presentation in ppt, select View, and then click the next option in the submenu, outline view.
4, then in the left margin will see a cursor, click it with the mouse, and then you copy the text, paste here. Quick paste with Ctrl + V.
5, after pasting, the text format and just the same, now will be separated into multiple slides. If you want to split it into a slide, move your cursor to the back of the word, and then the Xu clicks the ENTER key to separate.
6, then click the "Outline View" next to the option, that is, "normal", back to the normal editing of the slides of the page, then you can according to your request on each page to set the format of the text.
