Tips for Using excel data validity check

1. Let's make a false data table. For example, if the maximum valid data is 100 and the minimum valid data is 0, let's look at the figure below.

2. Now we only need to select the column for data validity check, as shown in the following figure.

3. In the selected data status, click data> Data Tools> data validity in the menu bar, as shown in the following figure.

4. In the displayed "data validity" dialog box, set "allow" to decimal, "data" to "between", and "minimum value" to 0, the maximum value is 100, and then click the OK button.

5. When we try to enter a number smaller than 0 or greater than 100, the system will prompt "invalid input value". Other users have limited the value of the input cell.
