When you use Word to make some content, you need to add a comment to some nouns, to the text or the bottom of the page with a small print for detailed instructions, this is a thesis or writing a novel often used skills
Open the document you want to edit, and then move the cursor to the text you want to insert in the footnote and endnote;
Then click Reference on the menu bar, and select Insert footnote or insert endnote (here is an example of footnotes only);
You can also use shortcut keys directly in Word (insert endnotes by ctrl+alt+d, insert footnotes by ctrl+alt+f)
Whenever the cursor automatically jumps to the footer, write the comment you want to add.
Are you satisfied with the position formatting of footnotes and endnotes? It's okay! We still have a way to make it look good.
Click on the "Reference" tab, "footnote/endnote" group in the lower right corner of the humble small arrow, open the Footnote and Endnote dialog box, to make the relevant settings.
Wrong or not, just press the DELETE key when you select a footnote or endnote OK
