Friends who often edit Word documents know that sometimes typing is too fast or too fast, error-prone, and you want to revert to the previous text, use both the Undo and Redo buttons. The following small series to talk about undo and restore the specific operation.
Undo or redo the most recent action:
Undo Recovery
Undo the most recent action: Click the Undo Command under the Edit menu, or Ctrl+z, or click the Undo button on the toolbar.
To recover the most recent action: Click Restore under the Edit menu, or Ctrl+y, or click the Redo button on the toolbar.
When you click the arrow on the Undo/Redo button on the Standard toolbar, you will see a list of the completed lists in which you can complete the restore or undo operation.
The above is a small series for you to introduce the Word2007 in the Undo and restore operation methods. I believe many friends have used this method, sometimes in the editing document, will inadvertently have copied the text, with the keyboard deleted words will be too troublesome, as long as the undo can be easily restored.
