TIPS: how to install Firefox3 RC1 on Ubuntu

First, we need to install a third-party data source for assistance. Click System> Administration> Software Sources to implement the Add function, in the pop-up window, click the Add button and type "deb http://ppa.launchpad.net/fta/ubuntu hard main ".

Enter the command, click the Add Source button to confirm the third-party data Source address, and return to the previous window.

At last, the program prompts that we need to update the data source over the Internet. Click Reload to confirm the update. After the update, we can open the Terminal to perform the Firefox update operation. In the displayed Terminal window, type:

Sudo aptitude update

Sudo aptitude dist-upgrade
