I. First of all, I had some feelings about the recruitment process recently. I don't know whether it is my ignorance or the world has actually changed. There are many candidates, but there are few suitable candidates. I remember a young man who had been interviewing for an interview one afternoon was about 3 o'clock, and it was already over five o'clock P.M.. During the interview, he talked about his resume and his own work experience. He said: Oh, you don't want to read that resume. It's a fake one sent by a friend. It's easy to get some interview opportunities, so let me talk about it. Inverted! It seems that the actual work experience should not be well written in the resume. The last question about salary was that he made an offer and I looked at him because I thought he was a little short of his ability. I asked him if he could tell me about his salary, he said that the previous company is now more than half a dozen. I said that you think your ability has improved by 50% compared with the previous one. He said: Hi, I don't know what your company is like, so let's start with this. If you think it's inappropriate, let's talk about it again. Dizzy! Is it true that this world has reached such a point that the current job seekers and some new-generation programmers are all in what kind of mentality and ways of doing things. Impetuous is no longer a popular term. It is difficult for too many people to lean down and do a good job.


During the interview, what I said was good. I knew everything about object-oriented and hierarchical development. I didn't know how to abstract an object model, SQL is still written to the Web, and some basic knowledge and development skills are unknown. The salary is the salary of medium developers, but it is the work of junior programmers. When writing code, many people do not seem to know what he is doing, but do not know why.


I am not complaining about it here. I am only talking about it. Many new beginners or poor-performing people are just saying that this is a mentality problem and it is still somewhat impetuous. Many people talk about salary just because they think that Beijing has a high level of consumption, so they should ask more, saying that our classmates are the same salary. I think that others' salaries do not represent your own salary. Because everyone has different abilities, you should have an accurate positioning and recognition of yourself, and your salary, it is not only a factor of technical ability, but also a sense of responsibility, collaboration with others, communication, and ways of doing things. Besides, your ability may not be better than others, students are not at the same level. I am not worried about your high salary. As a company, the money is nothing. The key is whether your value has actually reached that level. In fact, I suggest you lower your salary when entering the door, because the company's expectations for you will be lowered. If your ability is really extraordinary, it is far higher than your expectations, you will be taken into consideration. I think you will be paid or even promoted sooner or later. If you want a high salary, you will be frozen to a default height in others' minds, and the work you do is really disappointing. I think, you will not be in the company for a long time, or even happier. Therefore, we recommend (only personal suggestions) that you put aside your mind and remember that the values of technical people come from the fight, rather than the flicker. The value of a person is accumulated based on these 1.1 drops of achievements.
