tns-03505:failed to resolve name--Careless Error!

April busy changing jobs, has not written a blog.

New company, database server is using Hpunix, last night with VI modify Tnsnames.ora add a local service name configuration, the type is as follows:

(SERVER = dedicated)

)

After the configuration, use the command Wq, save the exit, and then use the tnsping XXX test, there is an error:

tns-03505:failed to resolve name

Check a good time, the above Tnsnames.ora added content is correct, inexplicable. Had to find a solution on the Internet, only to know is tns| Name more than a space, re-open Tnsnames.ora with VI, and then delete the space before xxx, with tnsping xxx, solve the problem.

A small problem, toss me half a day, hehe.
