To disable the operation of a specified device using the WIN8 Device Manager

Under Windows System, any external device we can through the system to prohibit the use of it, users only need to properly take advantage of the Device Manager functions, you can make the specified device in a disabled state; users familiar with the Device Manager feature know that in Device Manager we can view the processor, hard drive, Store controllers, monitors, keyboards, mouse devices, image devices, and network adapters, but do not know how to disable the specified device, the following small series to Win8 system as an example, for everyone to bring the tutorial, need users may refer to the following.

Operation method

1, open the computer, directly click on the keyboard "Windows" and "X" keys, and then in the System tool shortcut entrance to the "Device Manager" open; (as shown below);

2. Click on the device you want to disable and then expand the device you want to disable. Right-click on the device name and then select "Disable";(as shown below);

3, after the disabled will pop up the following dialog box, and then click "Yes;" (as shown below);

4, after the confirmation is disabled, after the disabled device icon will display a small black arrow, which indicates that the state has been disabled. (pictured below);

With this tutorial, we are able to easily turn off the specified device in the WIN8 system, and, of course, if you manage the device, you can open it by using this method. But the small part suggests that we do not blindly disable certain devices, so as not to cause irreparable damage!
