You can rearrange and modify toolbar buttons, menus, and menu commands by using the mouse, or you can use the Rearrange Commands dialog box that is accessible through the keyboard menu. These tasks are identified as (accessible via the keyboard).
Keyboard accelerators allow you to select menu commands or buttons by pressing alt+< single letter >. For example, to open the Edit menu, press Alt+e.
Do one of the following:
To specify or change the keyboard accelerator key
1, on the Tools menu, click Customize.
2, make sure that the toolbar you want to change is visible.
Operation method
• In the Customize dialog box, click the Toolbars tab.
• Select the check box for the toolbar you want to display.
3, in the Customize dialog box, click the Command tab.
4. When the Customize dialog box is open, do one of the following:
To specify or change a toolbar button's keyboard accelerator key
• Click the button on the toolbar.
• In the Customize dialog box, click Change Selection.
• In the Naming box on the shortcut menu, type the name of the toolbar button and type the & symbol before the letter that you want to use as the keyboard accelerator key.
• Press Enter.
To specify or change a menu command's keyboard accelerator key
• Click the menu name on the menu bar or toolbar.
• Click menu commands.
• In the Customize dialog box, click Change Selection.
• In the Naming box on the shortcut menu, type a name for the menu command, and type the & symbol before the letter you want to use as the keyboard accelerator key.
• Press Enter.
5, in the Customize dialog box, click Close.
To specify or change the keyboard accelerator key (keyboard accessible)
1, on the Tools menu, click Customize.
2, make sure that the toolbar you want to change is visible.

• In the Controls list, click the button you want to change.
• Click "Change Selection."
• In the Naming box on the shortcut menu, type the name of the toolbar button and type the & symbol before the letter that you want to use as the keyboard accelerator key.
• Press Enter.
To specify or change a menu command's keyboard accelerator key
• If the menu command you want to change is on the menu bar, click menu Bar, and then click the menu you want in the menu bar list.
If the menu command you want to change is on the toolbar, click Toolbars, and then click the menu you want in the Toolbars list. For example, click Drawing | AutoShapes to change the commands on the AutoShapes menu on the Formatting toolbar.
• In the Controls list, click the menu command you want to change.
• Click "Change Selection."
• In the Naming box on the shortcut menu, type a name for the menu command, and type the & symbol before the letter you want to use as the keyboard accelerator key.
• Press Enter.
6, in the Customize dialog box, click Close.
