according to the information of Excel table mass mail is not difficult, but this does the recipient know that the mail is mass, sometimes we can not let the recipient (such as sales customers) know we sent to who, how to deal with it? Create a one-to-one illusion!
The first step: first use Excel to create a data table, named "2011 Customer list. xls" (Note that you do not omit the header row in the table to prevent the data from being found), then rename the worksheet "Sheet1" to "Customer List" (Figure 1), and then start Word 2007, establish customer personal information document, named "Customer profile. Doc", to facilitate the inclusion of Excel content in Word documents.
Step Two: Mail merge customer personal information. In the open customer profile Word document, click the menu bar "message → select recipients → use an existing list" (Figure 2), and in the Select Table dialog box that pops up, select the worksheet named "Customer list."
The cursor moves to the content location you want to modify, such as company name, click the Small triangle button next to insert Merge field on the toolbar, select Company name, and the "Company name" appears in the form, indicating that the field is plugged in.
Step three: Click Finish and Merge on the right side of the toolbar and select Send e-mail. In the merge to e-Mail dialog box, under Subject line, type please proofread your personal information, select HTML format in the message format, send the record to select All, and click OK. After this operation, the customer sees only one recipient (himself) and does not know that the message is mass (the system default mail server is Outlook).
