How do I add a network printer? Step One: Configure the print server to assign IP to the printer

1. The first time you use or change an IP, you need to install the Print Server Setup program on any computer in the same network segment. In this case, the fixed-screen print server, the other similar.

Step Two: Add a network printer

1. If your printer has a network interface, you do not need the above steps, just print out the configuration of the printer, there is the relevant IP information.
