In the Word2010 document, if the name or location of the linked file changes, the user can change the link address or data range of the linked file as appropriate, as described in the following steps:
Step 1th, open the Word2010 document window and right-click the linked object. On the Open shortcut menu, point to link ... Object Cascade menu and select the link command in the Open next Level menu, as shown in Figure 1.

Figure 2 Click the Change Source button step 3rd, in the Open Change Source dialog box, locate and select the changed file link address or new file, and click the Open button. Return to the Link dialog box and click OK, as shown in Figure 3.
