The thesis is an important index to measure the level of doctoral research.

In China, it is impossible to graduate without a paper.

In foreign countries, no paper can graduate, but graduation no paper, work becomes a problem, so still need to publish papers. A foreigner said, the More,the Better.

Different countries have different rules, different schools also have different requirements, most schools in the United States require a doctorate graduation must be issued paper, Australia travel to some universities need some do not need, such as UQ do not need to publish articles. But many universities are constantly reforming to improve the graduation requirements of doctoral students.

A foreign professor and I said that foreign doctoral graduation requirements are innovation, rather than paper, their schools are more stringent, need to have peer-reviewed papers.
