To position a bookmark in a Word2010 document

In the Word2010 document, users can locate bookmarks not only in the Bookmarks dialog box, but also in the Find and Replace dialog box, as described in the following steps:

Step 1th, open the Bookmarked Word2010 document window, click the Find Drop-down button in the Edit group in the Start Ribbon, and select the Advanced Find command from the Open Drop-down menu, as shown in Figure 1.

Figure 1 Select the Advanced Find command step 2nd to switch to the Positioning tab in the Find and Replace dialog box that opens. Select the Bookmark option in the Locate target list, and then select the appropriate bookmark name in the Enter a bookmark name Drop-down list and click the Go To button, as shown in Figure 2.

Figure 2 The Positioning tab step 3rd, close the Find and Replace dialog box, return to the Word2010 document window, and the text content that the bookmark points to will be displayed in reverse color.
