To solve the tf53010 error, add the default notification sender

After the server is restarted, an error is always generated in the event viewer, from TFs services, with the event ID 3031.

The solution is to modify the c: \ Program Files \ Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 team Foundation Server \ Web Services \ WEB. config file and enter an email address value for "emailnotificationfromaddress.

When installing TFS, I don't remember how to set this email address. It seems that this email address is useless.
