To turn off HTTP responses

When you use the standard HTTP library to initiate a request, you get an HTTP response variable. If you don't read the response body, you still need to close it. For the new Go developer, this is easy to forget.

The wrong approach

RESP may be nil

resp, err := http.Get(url)defer resp.Body.Close()//may panicif err != nil {    return err}

Err is not a nil,resp nor nil

Some students may think this is the way to modify the code.

resp, err := http.Get(url)if err != nil {    return err}defer resp.Body.Close()

This is possible for the overwhelming majority of cases, because err is not nil and often means RESP is nil, but when a redirect error is encountered, err is not nil,resp or nil, this practice will result in a memory leak!

The right approach
