Tomcat Download and configuration (Windows system)

1. Go to the official website to download

Download the installation version of the direct installation, download the decompression version (recommended) to see down.

2.win key +r Key, enter sysdm.cpl Click OK, pop up the System Properties window, select the Advanced tab of the menu bar, then click Environment variable.

3. In the pop-up window, click New (Create user variable or system variable), variable name input catalina_home, variable value enter the extracted path, and finally click OK button.

4. Open the Bin folder in the Tomcat path, click Startup.bat, and then enter localhost:8080 in the browser to display the Apache Tomcat interface instructions for the successful configuration.
