Tomcat URL does not support%2F 400 error __tomcat

Workaround:

Add the following at the end of the Tomcat8/conf/catalina.properties file

Org.apache.tomcat.util.buf.udecoder.allow_encoded_slash=true

Restart Tomcat to successfully resolve the issue
