TOMCAT+JSP does not support Chinese display problem how to solve __js

TOMCAT+JSP does not support Chinese display
Reason:
1 Tomcat internal settings, HTML and HTML files not supported in Chinese
No Chinese code is set in the 2 JSP page

Workaround:
1
All html,htm files are changed to the JSP suffix and added to the header

If it's still unresolved, in the Tomcat directory
Modify the content in the C:/tomcat/conf/web.xml
