Sometimes, the bloggers we want to download are quite productive. We have published thousands of blog posts. There are too many blog posts to download in batch, and we don't want to download them all. What should I do?

To address this need, the new version of blog backup experts developed some blog export functions.

Different from the past, only all blog posts can be exported. The new version of blog backup experts allow users to filter by category or title, and then select some blogs to export.

First, we can filter downloaded blog posts by article title or article category. For example, here we filter by category: As shown in:

In the preceding section, we enter the [IT person's career] in the category filtering box. The list of articles automatically displays the articles that belong to this category. Articles that do not belong to this category are filtered out. Next, we can click the Select All button to select all these articles as a set of articles to be exported. As shown in:

We can also deselect some articles that we do not want to export for this category. Next we can continue to filter by other categories and add articles to the export set, for example: we further filter by [Technical Development], as shown in:

Finally, the set of articles we want to export is all the blog posts that belong to the [IT person's career] category and the [Technology Development] category, as shown in:

Note that the record circled in the red box does not belong to the [IT person's career] category and [Technical Development] category, and is not checked. Therefore, it is not exported when a PDF or CHM is generated.

Finally, we can choose to export PDF or CHM. At this time, only the image of the selected Article will be downloaded and exported to the format required by the user. As shown in:
