Tool Setup-centos-Install the Python Package management tool PIP

The PIP is a Python package management tool, with a lot of Python open source kits in the PIP library that can be downloaded and installed directly into the Python module while you are using it, as described in the CentOS how to install the PIP in the install.

First, install PIP command

Download PIP installation package:

[Root@web1 xxx]# wget--no-check-certificate https://pypi.python.org/packages/source/s/setuptools/setuptools-1.4.2.tar.gz

Unzip the tar pack:

[Root@web1 xxx]# tar-vxf setuptools-1.4.2.tar.gz

Enter the unpack package and run the Install command:

[Root@web1 xxx]# cd setuptools-1.4.2
[root@web1 xxx]# python2.7 setup.py

After the installation is complete, the last mount Pip:

[Root@web1 xxx]# easy_install-2.7 pip

To detect if a successful installation has been installed:

[Root@web1 xxx]# pip--version
pip 1.2 from/usr/local/lib/python2.7/site-packages/pip-1.2-py2.7.egg (Python 2.7)

Two, pip commonly used commands

2. PIP Installation Python pack

3. PIP Uninstall installed packages

[Root@web1 xxx]# pip Uninstall package name

4. Other common commands

Freeze: View the Python package already installed
