[Tools] Use beyondcompare-codereview in Eclipse plug-ins

Beyondcompare does not need to be said. When Microsoft was in vender, Microsoft used all the tools (third-party tools, unless they are good, Microsoft would not introduce them, if it wasn't because E's built-in comparison tool was too tricky, I wouldn't look for this plug-in!

After installation, open eclipse, select Window> preferences, and the pop-up window will show more under external tools on the left.
Beyond compare, click the Browse... button on the right side, and select the installation location of beyond compare:
