Tortoisegit is a visual git interface in windows.

Download git

Install msysgit before you can use git on Windows.

Now, if every version is Beta, select the first one. Git-1.7.0.2-preview20100309.exe Full installer for official git 1.7.0.2 Featured beta Installation

Here I download git-1.7.0.2-preview20100309.exe and TortoiseGit-1.4.4.0-32bit.msi

Install git

Install msysgit first. Because tortoisegit is already in use as the operation interface, you can always set

 

All other options except the path are default.

Tortoisegit is installed below. All paths are default. After installation, restart the computer.
