TP-link (TL-TR861) wireless router MAC address filter/anti-network

When using a 3G router, in addition to setting wireless encryption, this can effectively prevent other users from "hacking". In addition, the wireless MAC address filtering function of the router is used, you can also control access to this wireless network from wireless devices. TL-TR861 5200L is used as an example to describe the wireless MAC address filtering of the series (the wireless MAC address filtering of the other three devices can refer to the following method ):

1. Connect to the vro

The wireless device connects to the vro through the wireless network card. Open the browser, enter 192.168.1.1 in the address bar, press enter, enter admin in the pop-up password dialog box, enter it, and click enter or log on, enter the vro management interface, as shown in the following figure (this device is not inserted with a China Unicom SIM card, but does not affect the wireless MAC address filtering ):

2. Set MAC address filtering

Click "Advanced Settings"-"wireless"-"MAC address filtering". By default, the wireless MAC address filtering function of the router is disabled, indicating that all wireless terminals can access the router; when the wireless MAC address filtering function is enabled, the router only allows access from the terminal corresponding to the MAC address entered in the list.

Manually enable MAC address filtering and enter the MAC address of the terminal that needs to access the router. You can enter a maximum of 10 MAC addresses for the terminal.

Click Save. The vro will automatically restart and the configuration will take effect. At this time, only the terminal corresponding to the MAC in the vro can access the vro, and no other terminal can access the vro.
