Broadband Line (household network cable or from the modem out of the network) needs to be connected to the router's WAN, the wired computer should be connected to the LAN port, the following figure:
If the line connection is correct, but the WAN port LEDs are not lit, check the WAN port wiring for bad contact, and try replacing the network cable that connects the WAN port.
Login Router Management interface, in the running state >>wan port State, check the WNA port of the Internet mode is dynamic IP. If this is not normal, follow the Setup Wizard to set up your router's dynamic IP Internet access. The following figure:
Connect the computer that was previously connected to the broadband connection to the router's LAN port (this must be via a wired connection) and log on to the router's admin interface.
Select network parameters >>mac address clone, click Clone MAC address. When the MAC address is the same as the MAC address of the current management PC, click Save and restart the router. As shown in the following illustration:
Observe whether the WAN port can successfully obtain the IP address after the router restarts.
Note: If you are using the Mini router, please record the MAC address of the computer connected to the Internet, and then fill in the MAC address above (without clicking the clone MAC address), save and restart.
If the use of the environment for the company's local area network, hotels, rental housing and other environments, the router front-end network uses the same IP address segment as the router's address section, because the IP conflict causes the WAN port can not get IP.
Workaround: Login to the router's management interface, click on the network parameters, in the LAN port settings in the router's IP address to the LAN port is not the same network segment IP (can try 192.168.0.1), save and restart the router. As shown in the following illustration:
Household network cable due to aging, poor quality or too long line, resulting in the line attenuation is too large, resulting in the WAN can not obtain parameters. Try to adjust the speed and duplex mode of the router's WAN port.
