If you forget the management password for your camcorder, reset it by following this process:
Reset Password process: Computer installation Tp-link security system client-> find IPC and click Forget password-> get password recovery string-> provide our technical support-> get temporary password-> login ipc-> reset Password.

The computer needs to configure the IP address of the IPC on the same network segment (such as 192.168.1.x,x can be customized), please connect the IPC to the computer directly or both to the switch, and confirm that the computer can access the IPC. The following figure:

Forget Secret Code , you can get the password recovery string. It is important to note that the IP address of the IPC corresponding to the password recovery string should be recorded so as to avoid mixing, as shown below:
Note: After recording the password recovery string, do not click the forgotten password again.
