For more than two years, I had fallen into a dead end, because I was still the same as before, holding the idea of technology as king. In fact this time my role has changed, I am no longer a person, I have subordinates, I need to communicate with them, I need to lead them. But at this time I have no idea at all, I just think that as long as I am strong enough, as long as I can take the part of the work I am responsible for, I can eat anywhere. I am completely a personal hero, without the concept of teamwork.

But I was wrong. By the time I was 2011 years old, the colleague I later recruited had completely lost the enthusiasm of the work, the morale was low to go to work every day is to goof off, sometimes even open Youku watch the movie.
