Today, I looked at the preliminary process and felt a little too "academic". In practice, it would be very difficult.

First, in the demand analysis stage, each requirement should be described in a clear and unambiguous language, and each requirement should be refined;

The second step is to make a summary design, detailed design, and relevant documents before development. Before coding, develop test cases according to detailed design, and perform unit tests during development.

I think these are all correct, but for us, it will be quite difficult to move from the existing operation process to this very standard process; it's not easy to eat a big fat man.
