Solve the problem: Each time a user logs on to the Administrators group, server manager is automatically started. After this policy is set, server manager is no longer automatically started.

Another setting method is as follows: by setting server manager, server manager will not be automatically started at next startup.

6. It is best to create a new user. 7. Users of the standard account type are allowed to shut down and restart
