Translate PowerPoint presentation content into Word documents

Method One

1, switch to the File tab, click Save and Send in the Drop-down panel, click Create Handouts, and use Microsoft Word to create handouts.

Method Two

1, click on the left panel outline "outline", switch to outline view, press "CTRL + a" Select All, "CTRL + C" copy.

2. Open the Word document, right-click in the blank, and select "Picture" in "Paste Options" on the shortcut menu that pops up.

3. The content in the presentation is imported in Word in the form of a picture.
