We often set the background job. Generally, we set a time point to start the job execution. Another kind of background job is triggered by an event.

How to Implement event triggering? The following is a personal practice. If you have other practices, please do not hesitate to give me some advice !!!

Step 1: first define an event in sm62.

Step 2: deploy a background job in sm36. Enter the event name defined in the previous step.

Step 3: Test

Check that the background job is in the released status.

Call function module:Bp_event_raise to trigger the previously defined event.

Check the status of the background job, which is in finished state.
