Troubleshoot Windows Live Mail that is not working properly in the Office

My company network does not let download dongdong, but has HTTP proxy.

This problem is encountered at the office: the first time you start Windows Live Mail, you need to go online. Please connect to the Internet and try again. (0x80048883)
Unable to initialize Msmail.dll,windows Live Mail failed to start. Windows Live Mail may not be installed properly.

Workaround:

1: Download Ppcrlconfig.dll save to C:/Documents and settings/[username]/application data/microsoft/identitycrl/production
2: Download Ppcrlui.dll save to C:/Documents and settings/[username]/application data/microsoft/identitycrl/production

The configuration interface appears when you open the Windows Live Mail program again.
