Troubleshoot issues where memcached cannot be accessed remotely

Before the installation of memcached, has been used in the local connection, there is no problem, today I switched from another machine to connect to memcached, but how also not connected. I have been thinking about the firewall problem, after shutting down the firewall problem still exists.

Go to the registry and locate Hkey_local_machine/system/currentcontrolset/services/memcached Server, where there is a ImagePath item removed -l 127.0. 0.1 parameter, which allows any IP to be connected without specifying an IP address that is connected to the memcached server.
