You don't think this is a good solution, it's actually caused by a so-called "Local Machine Lockdown" feature of XP SP2, which typically works only on Web pages. If only to adjust the "Internet Options" in the switch that is not solve the problem, the author has been on this above a lot of detours. Some time ago, after an expert advice, I finally found a solution to it.
The following is an example of a Maxthon solution:
1. Start Notepad software
2. Copy the following code into Notepad
Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\main\featurecontrol\feature_localmachine_lockdown]
"Max.exe" =-
"Maxthon.exe" =-
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\main\featurecontrol\feature_localmachine_lockdown]
"Max.exe" =-
"Maxthon.exe" =-
3. Click on the "File" menu → "save" command, in the Pop-up dialog window, set the Save purpose to the desktop, save type is set to all files, the filename is set to "Maxthon.reg" (You can also be a different name, but be sure to have a. reg extension), and then click Save button, as shown in Figure 2.

4. Double-click the Maxthon.reg file to restart Maxthon when prompted that the information in the file has been successfully entered into the registry.
5. At this point, when we visit the problem page again will not appear just the hint, as shown in Figure 3 is the normal page.
