Troubleshoot overwriting old text when you enter text in Word 2013

In Word, sometimes the text we enter directly overwrites the text in the previous place, rather than moving the text back in turn. The reason, but we accidentally pressed the Delete+insert key, into the character of the rewrite state Bale. Hold the reason, the problem can be solved.

The problems encountered:

We enter text somewhere in the Word2013, overwriting the previous text, as shown in the following figure.

The workaround is as follows:

Press the INSERT key on the keyboard, return to the input state of the text, enter the text again, before the text will be pushed backwards.
