Troubleshoot problems with directory access rights in asp.net

Symptom (s): From the ASP.net application, you may receive the following error message when accessing resources for remote enhanced security

Logon failure: Unknown user name or bad password.

Solution:

1 The password to modify the ASPNET account on the WEB server is password.

2 on the remote file server, the password to modify the ASPNET account (if it is not created) is password.

3 on the remote file server, set the access permissions on the appropriate directory for the ASPNET account.

4 Modify the Web.config file and add it to the configuration section:

　　<identity impersonate= "true" Username= "ASPNET" password= "password"/>

5 The above three passwords can be set arbitrarily, but must be consistent.
