When you use Windows Remote Desktop to connect to a remote computer, the Windows system locks up after you close Remote Desktop, and the problem of "unable to capture the screen" or "Deny connection" occurs when you use the TeamViewer connection.

Workaround: Set the TeamViewer on the remote computer that you want to connect to start with Windows, and set the password to display the system lock interface when you close Remote Desktop and then use TeamViewer to connect and enter the password you set.
