1, problem description and failure plan

Description of the problem, and describe what the failure scheme, I am to let readers do not repeat the same! Nonsense not much to say, directly into the theme--wubi install Ubuntu provides great convenience for us, although it is acceptable to lose a bit of performance. But when installing Ubuntu with Wubi, it will go to the Ubuntu system ISO file! The installation process is as follows:

Figure 1, set up the Wubi after the installation diagram

Figure 2, after a while to this interface, download the ISO file

Figure 3, the process of downloading the ISO file, which is relatively good to take 3 hours, I 29th that day when the installation prompted to more than 2000 hours (perhaps now more resources, download faster), I directly collapsed. This has prompted me to think about the solution, which is certainly not going to work.

System ISO File We did not download it before, why do you want to download it??? I tried a lot of ways to solve the problem, but it never happened:

    • Load the downloaded ISO file with the virtual CD-ROM and click Wubi Install. If not, download the ISO file ... (Remember I used to install on Ubuntu CD, not to download the ISO file)

    • Unzip the downloaded ISO file to the root of a partition (such as D:/ubuntu) and click Wubi to install. Or not, you still need to download the ISO file ...

    • Extract the Wubi.exe file from the ISO file and place it in the same folder as the ISO file, then install, still not ...

    • And have tried Baidu, Google to some of the methods, not too much trouble is not ...

The story is still being interpreted ...

2. Solutions

I have been puzzled, why we have downloaded the ISO file, Wubi install it to download the ISO file (⊙o⊙)? do so impersonal, why not let us choose the ISO file we have downloaded it? I want to think Ah ..., since it is to download, where it is downloaded, we can directly put our ISO file in that directory? I found the installation directory of Ubuntu, the files and folders in the directory are as follows:

I found the downloaded ISO file under the install folder , and I just put the previous ISO file in the Intall directory to replace it or fail it when it was downloaded .

I had this whim-I pulled out the cable to see how you download! The process view is probably as follows, the previous steps are the same:

After a while, it will not download, but into the following long-lost interface:

Choose me to reboot later, and this time I copied the previously downloaded ISO file to the install folder (later found not necessary) and then restarted.
