Workaround:
Shut down (be sure to shut down) the system on the VM, right click on the virtual machine, open "Virtual machine settings (settings)", Switch to "Options" tab, click "Shared Folders", the default is disabled state, the mouse selected, on the right " Folder sharing, select Always enabled, you can select Add in the box below to select the win folder that you want to share in the Linux section. Finally click "OK".
Restart the system in the VM, just the error message is gone. And you can use the LS/MNT/HGFS command to see the folder you just shared, in the Linux system can be used in this folder content.
